Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Today in honor of St. Patrick's Day we made rainbow cupcakes. We put a rolo on top to symbolize a pot of gold. The kids loved to help make them, and Ashlie made sure I was putting the colors in the right order. We call them gold at the end of the rainbow cupcakes.
