I guess we have found one (but really only one) good reason for the constant wind we experience here in Idaho. You can usually pick any day to fly kites. Ashlie and Cade picked out their kites and waited patiently for their Dad to help them fly their kites. Poor kids have a mom who does not remember ever flying a kite as a kid and I was scared that I wouldn't be able to figure it out. I guess it really isn't that hard. We got a good half hour of kite flying in before the rain hit, and the kids loved it. The dollar kites even held up enough that we will be able to use them more than once :).

Oh how fun. Kason was excited because Cade has the same kite as Kason.
They love kites in Greece. On clean Monday,husnophe Mars Hill is covered with people flying kites. They even have kiosks set-up just to sell kites at that time. They are pretty cool!
